Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are delivered the next working day once dispatched. Please see the latest up-to-date delivery times on the shipping page at checkout.
Our cut off time for shipping orders is 4pm. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends (unless Saturday Delivery is selected) or holidays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active straight away.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Luxurious Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The Luxurious Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or for an exchange.
To help prevent returns, if you have any questions about product fit or want any measurements then please contact us and we will be happy to supply these for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags still attached.

How to return an item: We ask that you please fill out the returns form that came with your order and include this in your returns parcel. If you wish to exchange your item for something else or for a different size please select the 'exchange' option and write down what you would like to exchange for.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Is missing original tags or packaging. - Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-10 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Faulty Items If your item from your order is faulty then please contact us and we can offer you an exchange or a full refund.
Exchanges (if applicable) We offer exchanges if sizes are too big or too small or if items are faulty. If you need to exchange something, please fill out your returns form and write down the product/size you would like to exchange for.
Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the product has reached you, it is your responsibility. We can not take responsibility for items going missing when you are returning them to us. You, as the customer, are fully responsible to make sure your return gets back to us.
